Join together with Equality to celebrate Coming Out week October 6-9. A Coming Out Opening Ceremony—with speakers, stories and a purple door—will be held today at 6 p.m. on the campus Mall.
Two dramas by distinguished Nobel Prize-winning American authors and a world favorite fairytale will offer audiences contemporary relevance in the literature and folklore of yesteryear during this year's theatre discipline "Season of Classics."
Establishing the Academic Center for Enrichment at the University of Minnesota, Morris in 2008 was a groundbreaking decision that further distinguishes the campus. UMM is the only University of Minnesota campus with such a program.

UMM Athletics (Cougar Country!)
UMAC Champs! UMM has been fielding competition teams since 1961 and now boasts seven sports for men and nine for women, competing with campuses in the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC). Besides conference and state championships, the UMM Intercollegiate Athletics program has boasted numerous scholastic achievements. Bienvenidos al Festival de Cine Español de 2008! Welcome to the 2008 Festival of Spanish Cinema! The first annual Spanish Film Festival is underway at the Morris Theatre through October 12.
This series of films represents cinematic works created by individuals of North African heritage living in France (the contested term "Beur" refers to the children of North African immigrants), and highlight the conflicts, dreams, joys and concerns of this population.
Are you out on a limb when you want to visit St. Cloud or the Twin Cities because you don't own your own vehicle? UMM students had a vision that they could provide an environmentally feasible and an economically possible way for campus folks who need to travel to the Twin Cities on the weekend.
