Technical assistance is available in person or by phone, 45 hours a week in the main Computing Services complex in 10 Behmler Hall. Training on many of the available software packages is offered through hands-on tutorials, non-credit workshops, and informational handouts. All handouts are available on the Computing Services Web Site.

	Pam Gades Instructional Technology Specialist Pam keeps abreast of innovations in educational technology and provides training and support to UMM faculty, students and staff.

	Dave Savela Network Manager Dave maintains the campus network, ensuring its speed, functionality and security.
	Lynn Schulz Principal Analyst/Programmer Lynn administers campus administrative databases and assists with instructional computing functions including test scoring.
	Matt Senger Web Administrator Matt incorporates new technology and functionality into the UMM website, assists page owners with the website, develops and maintains web-based applications, security.
	Mark VanOverbeke System Administrator Mark maintains UMM's servers and other central hardware, ensuring their speed, functionality and security.
	Rebecca Webb Web/Online Events Calendar Coordinator Rebecca maintains the online events calendar, staff directory, and central campus webpages. Rebecca is officed in the Education Building.
	Doug Williams ResNet Administrator Doug maintains internet access in campus residence halls and assists students with accessing the campus network.
